Last updated: 16/09/2026

1. About Us

Jutti (@adorojutti) is a handmade children's clothing brand, based in São Paulo, Brazil. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Products

All Jutti pieces are handmade, and small variations in embroidery, color, and finish are part of the handmade nature of each item and are not considered defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight color variations may occur due to screen display differences.

3. Personalization

For personalized items (including embroidered names and custom details), please review your entry carefully before completing your order. Once production begins, personalization details cannot be changed. Jutti is not responsible for errors in personalization details submitted by the customer at checkout.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed and charged in USD. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on shipping costs, duties and taxes, production times, and delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, as noted at checkout and on each product page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Jutti and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jutti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
