It depends on the item. Personalized Bodies and hospital discharge outfits take up to 8 business days to make. Custom Converses take up to 20 business days, since each pair is embroidered by hand. This is in addition to shipping time.

Since every personalized piece is handmade and embroidered to order, we're not able to offer rush production at this time.

Orders are dispatched after production is complete, then shipped via DHL with tracking provided.
