Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL, including Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
How much will I pay in duties or import taxes?
Duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 4 business days after production is complete, then shipped via DHL with tracking provided.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Production Time (Personalized Items)
How long does a personalized piece take to make?
It depends on the item. Personalized Bodies and hospital discharge outfits take up to 8 business days to make. Custom Converses take up to 20 business days, since each pair is embroidered by hand. This is in addition to shipping time.
Can I rush my order?
Since every personalized piece is handmade and embroidered to order, we're not able to offer rush production at this time.

All orders are processed in USD, regardless of your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Personalized pieces (with embroidery, names, or custom details) are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. Non-personalized items can be returned — please see our Returns Policy for details.
