Jutti is proudly handmade in São Paulo, Brazil, and ships worldwide — including Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and destination.
Duties & Import Taxes
All applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout. This means the price you pay at checkout is the final price — there are no surprise fees or additional charges to pay upon delivery.
Production & Dispatch Time
Every Jutti piece is handmade to order. Please allow for the following production times before your order ships:
- Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation
- Personalized Bodies and hospital discharge outfits: up to 8 business days of production before dispatch
- Personalized Converses: up to 20 business days of production before dispatch, as each pair is hand-embroidered
Once your order ships, transit time varies by destination and will be reflected in your tracking information.
Carrier
All international orders are shipped via DHL, with tracking provided on every order.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is taking longer than expected or appears to be delayed in transit, please reach out to us at jutti.atelier@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
For eligible returns and exchanges (non-personalized items only — see our Returns Policy for full details), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
